We use your data in order to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the policy of the collection and the use of the information. All terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, unless it is defined different.

1.1.1. Personal Data

Personal information from the contact list is not saved by the app. Personal information about the user's birthplace is not saved by the app.

While using our Service, we may also collect some information related to transactions on your account and information related to these transactions. Personally identifiable information (PII) on transactions may include and not limited to:

  • Transaction purpose usually includes services you used (such as service providers, products, toll roads, plate number of the vehicle, number of the driver's license, addresses mentioned in the utility bills etc.)
  • Date and time of transaction
  • Transaction amount
  • Transaction location

1.1.3. Usage Data

We may collect information sent by your browser whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device (“Usage Data”).

This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages visited of our Service, the date and time of the visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, this Usage Data may include information such as the type of mobile device used, mobile device unique ID, the IP address of mobile device, mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

The security of your NT.Payments account depends on you keeping confidential your account password(s), PINs, and other access information for the Service. If you share your account information with a third party, he or she will have access to your account and your personal information.

It is your responsibility to control access to your mobile device and the NT.Payments application on your device, including keeping your password(s) and/or PIN confidential and not sharing it with anyone. It is also your responsibility to alert NT.Payments or the relevant partner if you believe that the security of the information in the NT.Payments application has been compromised.

6. Third parties

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analysing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We may obtain information about you from third parties. This may include information about your accounts and balances in service providers, merchant locations, information from a Carrier Operators in connection with Carrier or Operator billing.

List of service provider includes these products, but is not limited to:

  • “Google Maps” for purposes of providing you with a location map and navigational hints.
  • “LiveChat” for purpose of your communication with our support employees.

The complete list of third parties depends of which Services you use with our NT.Payments and NT.Wallet products.

7. Links to Other Sites

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or a guardian and you are aware that your Children have provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.

If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without a verification or parental consent, we will take the action to remove that information from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
